North Coast Internal Medicine Associates was established in 1986 to service the growing coastal community of Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and La Jolla. In September 1994 we opened a second location on the Scripps Campus in La Jolla. This ultra modern facility proudly displays Dr. Rutman’s dedication to excellence and quality of care.
