Dr. Marshall, a Chicago native, attended Northwestern University and graduated from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in 1970, Passavant Hospital intership in 1971, and orthopaedic surgery residency at UCSF in 1975. He completed a knee surgery fellowship with the Slocum Group in Eugene, Oregon before beginning private practice in La Jolla. He is board certified in orthopaedics and a fellow in the AAOS and FACS. Dr. Marshall has been in private practice in La Jolla since 1975.
