Dr. Chang is a native of Southern California. He enjoys volunteering and has performed humanitarian medical work in Tanzania, Africa. His interests include mountaineering for which he has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa and tallest free-standing mountain in the world, as well as Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States. He is a black best in TaeKwonDo and an Eagle Scout. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors with their three children.
